Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order for a refund within the first 12 hours of placement. Please note: The final refund amount will exclude any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal or credit card processing fees).
  • After 12 Hours (Before Shipping): Cancellations made after 12 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover labor and material allocation.

2. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Cost Responsibility: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including international return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties/taxes.
  • Condition Requirement: To be eligible, the item must be 100% unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Any product showing signs of installation (such as wiring marks or mounting bracket scratches) or damage will be rejected for a refund.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved non-defect returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This covers the intensive manual labor and re-testing required for handcrafted lighting units.

4. Handcrafted & Original Core Clause

Our products are handcrafted using high-quality used original parts to ensure the best possible OEM fitment for your vehicle. While the front lenses and custom elements present a flawless appearance, there may be slight original signs of wear on the hidden rear housing or mounting brackets. These are not considered product quality defects, and refund requests based on these grounds will not be accepted.

5. Damages Upon Arrival

In the event of transit damage, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the shipping box, all packaging materials, and the damaged product. Failure to report within 48 hours will result in a denied claim for logistics compensation.

6. Installation & Warranty Disclaimer

Professional installation is mandatory. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or moisture buildup due to tampering with waterproof seals is not covered under our return or warranty policy.
