Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted custom automotive lighting. Because our products require meticulous manual modification, assembly, and testing, please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and transit times.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All custom headlights and taillights are built to order. Our standard order processing time (the time it takes to build, test, and pack your order before it ships) is typically 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or for highly complex custom builds, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a notification containing your “tracking number” via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Transit times begin after the order processing period is complete:

  • Ocean Freight: Estimated 25 – 35 business days.
  • Air Freight: Estimated 12 – 18 business days.
  • Express International Shipping (e.g., DHL/FedEx/UPS): Estimated 5 – 7 business days.
  • Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as sailing/flight delays, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes (Important)

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis. The buyer (importer) is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), and clearance fees assessed by their local government. (If you require alternative shipping terms, such as DDP, please contact us.)
  • If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the buyer refuses to pay the required duties, no refund will be issued, or the refund will be strictly subject to the deduction of round-trip shipping costs and our 30% cancellation/restocking fee.

4. Address Accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and contact phone number at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any additional fees required for reshipment.

5. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the shipping box, the protective packing materials, and the damaged product itself. Claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be processed for logistics compensation.
  • Lost Packages/Stolen Deliveries: If the tracking information shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local courier immediately. While we will assist you in opening an investigation, we are not responsible for providing refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
